By accessing or using SonusLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SonusLab is an audio processing platform that lets you clip audio from supported platforms, generate speech with text-to-speech, and create instant voice clones — through a web dashboard and a TypeScript SDK. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to create deceptive or harmful content (including impersonation or non-consensual voice cloning), to violate any law, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source content you submit and to any voice you clone.

5. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of any underlying source material. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process your content and operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your audio.

6. API Usage

Access to the API is tied to your account and API keys. Usage is tracked per key. We may apply rate limits or usage limits, and may suspend keys that are abused or that threaten the stability or security of the Service.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonusLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
